Let's Tighten Our Breasts with Breast Gymnastics



Breasts are part of a woman who became a major attraction for the male other than the face. Having a firm and plump breasts will increase confidence of woman. Breast toned, beautiful and healthy would give the appearance of sexy and this would be the dream of every woman. But sometimes hope lives of hope, due to various factors, both related to the breast itself as the shrinking of the mammary gland , sagging breasts, the weakening of the connective tissue supporting the breast and reduced elasticity of the skin of the breast, especially after childbirth or while breastfeeding.

First movement, meet palms in front of your cleavage, standing in an upright position and push each other to do movement with both hands, hold for 5 seconds. Just relax, and repeat this movement 10 times.

The second movement, grip right elbow with your left hand and left elbow with your right hand, with elbows parallel to shoulders. Pull in two directions ( inward and outward ), not to be separated. Repeat this movement 10 times.

The third movement, hook the fingers of your right and left hand under the chin ( like a praying position ), then pull your hands in the opposite direction, but hold that the fingers stick together, and hold for 5 minutes.

If you've completed the exercise breasts, you need to know the correct way to massage the breast. Starting with the right breast, with an upward movement, using both hands. Then, with a sweep of the palm of the hand, breast to form a towering by way of rubbing from all directions toward the middle of the nipple. Collect the breast meat toward the middle with movements such as pinching. If the chest muscles are trained, it essentially will be enlarged and lifted up so that the breasts will look firmer.
