Don’t judge banana just as fruit without already know ‘bout the good point from it. It is become one of the favourite  fruit not only for local athlete but in international. Why? Because it is easy to satiate but it doesn’t  make us fat. Banana also has advantages for beauty and health.

The positive point from this fruit is easy to digested, and on the other hand it is ready to consume anytime and anywhere. The content of  99 gram (gr) calorie, 1,2 gr protein, 0,2 gr fat, 25,8 miligram (mg) carbohydrate, 0,7 gr fiber, 8 mg calcium, 28 mg phosphor , 0,5 mg zinc, 44 RE vitamin A, 0,08 vitamin B, 3 mg vitamin C, and 72 gr water are all in a piece of ripe banana.

            But you need to pay more attention to chose which banana is good to be selected. Only ripe banana that able to switch blood sugar to be natural glucose and  easy to be absorpted in the blood circulation.
Note this character to differentiated which one is ripe banana or not. The skin of fruit is green to yellow with brown or yellow speckles

                Banana has some substance called potassium, it is a important mineral which is helping to normally cor pulsation to send oxygen through our brain and controlling water grade in our body. When we starting to get stress, body metabolism are increasing drastic, so it means decreasing potassium degree on our body. By eating banana, potassium in our body would be balance
