 A sharp memory is the desire of everyone. Unfortunately, not everyone is blessed with it. Some people might think it is a gift that not every people got.  But don’t worry, if you want to have it, you still have a chance because to have sharp memory  is not as difficult as people think.

There are several food sources that can be help to sharpen memory.
BEANS
All this time beans are avoided by those who may believe as acnes cause. But no need to be worry, because its vitamin and nutrition can increase your memory. It is because of the vitamin E which is as antioxidant that its function is to protect nerve cell membranes. Not only antioxidant, beans also rich of omega fatty acids that support function and brain growth
 
BERRY
Berry is one of other fruits that rich of vitamin c and antioxidant. Some researches show that berry is not only may avoid cancer attack but also increasing brain memory. Berry also have quercetin substance that useful to protect the function of brain cells. While antosianin on berry fruit can protect Alzheimer diseases or decreasing memory.

TOMATOO
Tomato has same function as berry has.  In case can protect of cancer, tomato also increasing memory and also concentration. lycopene compound on tomato may help to protect body from any damage cause by free radicals.That’s why this way helpful brain to be more health and decreasing Alzheimer risk
This may happen because a good diet we consume every day, of course will followed and bring good effect for our health.

So start from now on, change your bad habit turning on good diet toward long and health life ahead
